●Attention Juniors and Seniors:

Updated Prom news:  We are excited to announce that tickets for the Junior and Senior Prom will go on sale during lunches starting Monday, April 20, and will end on May 1st.  Tickets are $60 each.

Please be aware that if you have any outstanding fees or unreturned books, you will not be able to purchase a ticket until those obligations are taken care of. If you have any questions regarding fees or book returns, please stop by the high school office for assistance. 

Juniors and Seniors please check your email for more information regarding prom.

If you’re bringing an underclassman or out-of-district guest, you must complete a permission slip (available in the high school office) and turn it in at the time of ticket purchase.

●Attention everyone:  Student Council and Class Officer elections are coming up! 

If you are interested in being a Class officer next school year, please pick up packets from your advisor by this Friday the 17th.

●The undefeated Varsity softball team rallied from behind to beat Newfane in extra innings last night. The game was tied at 16 in the top of the ninth inning when Ashley Koziej singled, scoring two runs. The team flipped the game in the fourth scoring seven runs on three hits to take the lead 10-7. Addison Massaro singled to drive in two of those runs. 

Newfane came back to tie the score in the bottom of the 5th. Then in the top of the 6th Shannon Esmond tripled to left field and Kenadee Jonathan hit an inside the park home run, each scoring three runs. 

Congratulations to the team for showing up, staying determined and believing in one another. Tonight the team will host Barker at 4:45. Good luck. 

●Varsity lacrosse continued their undefeated streak yesterday by defeating Depew 18-4. Goals scored by River Hallett, Lincoln Hill, Brodie Hill, Nathan Lomeyestewa, Cole Siska, Chuckie Rebmann, Spencer Jonathan, Max Abrams, Jackson Pragle and Ace Abrams. Followed by an outstanding performance from the defense and goalies. Ace Abrams was awarded player of the game with 5 goals and 1 assist. Brodie Hill also hit another huge milestone by getting his 250th varsity career point! Go tigers!

●The boys track team took a tough loss to Albion 19 to 98. Aron Gehl  took 2nd in the 800, Peyton  Waterrbury took 2nd in the 200, Evan Kangbaria took 2nd in the 110 hurdles, Quinn O'Malley took 2nd in long jump and 3rd in the 110 hurdles  and high jump,  Logan Meyers took 2nd in the 3200 and  Nathaniel Gehl  took 3rd in the 1600. Nice rainy meet boys!

●Last night the Varsity Girls Track & Field team drowned the visiting Albion Purple Eagles during a continuous down-pour by a score of 85-20.  Several events were canceled during the meet, but despite the horrible conditions, the girls had many great performances. Madigan Regan won the 100 and 400, while Abby Bower won the 1500 and 3000.  Other individual winners include: Marissa Brege in the discus,  Avery Haak in the shot put, Brooke Milhollen in the 800, Reece Addesa in the 200, and Anastasia Los in the pole vault.  Akron won both the 4x800 and 4x100 relays.  The 4x800 includes; Abby Bower, Kylee Rebman, Aleece O'Malley, and Hannah Liss.  The 4x100 includes; Ava Lombard, Reece Addesa, Lexi Sommers, and Emily Odachowski. Great job ladies!
