Meet the Coaches
Mr. Greg Bell - Varsity Head Coach
"Entering his 21st season as varsity coach, Coach Bell has compiled a career record of 195-188. The Tigers have won 10 or more games 13 times in Bell’s tenure. His 2008 squad earned the program’s first winning season since 1984 with a 12-6 mark and the 2013 team won 14 games, the most in over 3 decades, and appeared in a Sectional championship game for the first time since 1976. In 2023 he led the Tigers to a program record tying 16 wins and their first Niagara-Orleans league championship in 47 seasons. He currently serves as the Niagara-Orleans representative to the Section VI baseball committee. Coach Bell is a 1976 graduate of ACS and was a member of the Tigers' 1975 league title team. He was inducted onto the ACS Wall of Fame in 2010.
Mr. Ryan Carberry - JV Coach
The Tigers baseball program is excited to welcome Mr. Ryan Carberry who has returned to his alma mater and began coaching the JV Tigers in 2023. One of the finest players in recent Tigers history, Carberry was a four-year starter at shortstop from 2008-2011, and continues to hold Tiger career records for at bats and doubles. His wealth of coaching experience and commitment will hasten player development and provide a huge boost to Tigers baseball.
