2026-27 Student-Teacher Calendar
The file linked is a one-page printable .pdf version of the Board of Education approved 2026-27 Akron Central School District calendar which was adopted on March 11, 2026, and subsequently revised on June 15, 2026 and approved again on June 24, 2026.
Please review carefully to note the changes. Particular dates of interest include:
- September 1st-3rd are Superintendent Conference Days
- Monday, September 7th is Labor Day - No School
- Tuesday, September 8th is the first day of student attendance
- Winter Recess is scheduled for December 24th through January 1st
- Mid-Winter Recess will be from February 15th through February 19th
- Spring Recess will be from March 26th through April 2nd
If additional student attendance days are needed due to weather or other closings, the retrieval days will be in the following order:
6/24, 6/25 (Full Day ES/MS)
