    Particular dates of interest include:

    * Monday, September 2 is Labor Day - No School
    * September 3 & 4 are Superintendent Conference Days
    * Thursday, September 5 is first day of student attendance
    * Winter Recess is scheduled for December 23rd through January 1st
    * Mid-Winter Recess will be from February 17th through February 21st
    * Spring Recess will be from March 14th through March 18th
     
    Please review carefully.
     
    If additional student attendance days are needed due to weather or other closings, the retrieval days will be in the following order:
     
    6/23(Full Day ES), 6/24 (Full Day ES/MS), 6/25 (Full Day ES/MS),
    April 4 becomes a student attendance day/April 14 becomes Superintendents Conference Day

    The file linked is an electronic version of the 2024-25 District Calendar that is printed and mailed one per household to the residences of those students attending Akron Schools.
