The Board of Education is committed to providing an environment free from discrimination and harassment. Title IX Non-Discrimination

The Akron Central School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education programs and activities or when making employment decisions, and is required by Title IX and its implementing regulations not to discriminate in such a manner.  Inquiries about the application of Title IX and its implementing regulations to the District may be referred to the District's Title IX Coordinators, the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights of the United States Department of Education, or both.
